Magister & Partners - the first law firm in the CIS to have been awarded the international Investors in People Standard

Magister & Partners, Attorneys-at-Law, became the first such company in the CIS and the first company in Ukraine to attain the international Investors in People Standard.

By doing so, the company once more confirmed its responsibility towards its employees and its compliance with the fundamental criteria of the Standard, namely: significant investment in the development and training of personnel; decision-making, based on comprehensive consultations, concern for employees and motivation for attaining the best results.

"The process for obtaining the Standard allowed our company to improve its management system and build an efficient organizational structure. I am pleased that our efforts received high recognition from Investors in People experts. We will continue to invest in one of the greatest values of our company - its personnel" - stated Oleg Riabokon, Managing Partner of Magister & Partners, Attorneys-at-Law.

The Investors in People Standard was developed in 1990, on the initiative of the British Government and is currently applied in 30 countries of the world and in 22 member-nations of the European Union.

Highly respected Viktor Andriyovich! Ukrainian Association of book publishers and distributors addresses you with a question that needs your immediate personal intervention, because, as the experience shows, this problem can totally overcome your Decree “About some measures for development of book publishing business in Ukraine” (March 21, 2006) and lead to a serious crisis in one of the branches of publishing business – book trade, which is in very critical condition already.
