EU-funded project for SME support continues its management training programme in the regions

Eu-funded project “SME Support Services in Priority Regions” starts the second phase of its management development training programme for SME managers, consultants and civil servants in the three priority regions, i.e. Rivne, Zhytomyr and Chernigiv.

The EU-funded project "Ukraine: SME Support Services in Priority Regions" is currently developing a directory containing primary information on the different sources of financing available to Ukrainian Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs).

Books - winners of the joint contest 2006 Translation of the modern Polish scientific literature and essays into Ukrainian

Translations of five Polish books are being prepared for the issue. The books won the contest 2006 run by the Polish Institute in Kyiv and the International Renaissance Foundation Translation of the Polish Literature into Ukrainian.

Fourteenth training: Strategic Planning in Publishing House, BMR, Lviv, December 14-15, 2006

28 participants from 13 publishing houses from Ivano-Frankivsk, Kharkiv, Kremenchuk, Lviv, Sevastopol and Ternopil, as well as 2 journalists from Crimea and 1 researcher from Lviv Printing Academy participated in Strategic Planning seminar conducted by Book Marketing Research (BMR, Poland), organised by International Renaissance Foundation and held at Lviv Catholic University, on December 14-15, 2006.
